121 Sessions take place between two people, one the 'Advisor' and one the 'Client'. Unique features include:

  • Voice Chat or Video Chat: Chat to each other using any standard webcam and microphone.
  • Instant Messaging interface with Emoticons.
  • Let clients access your counselling room with a click of a button on your web page.
  • Dynamic client access buttons can show if your room is 'Open' or 'Closed'.
  • Rooms can be password protected for extra security.
  • Break Out Sessions: such as 'Drawing Board' where client and advisor can sketch on a common canvas. Bespoke session can also be created on request.
  • Scripted Conversations: as an advisor have your responses pre-prepared and categorised so you don't need to worry about typing in long or complex text.
  • Resource Directory: Have all your links to online resources quickly to hand and conveniently categorised.
  • Block nuisance callers by redirecting them to different useful pages rather than a 'dead line'.
  • Soft Logout: If things get tough and a client logs out. They are given a grace period to come back on line after they have cooled down. No hard cut off.
  • Exit questionnaires: Design your own questionnaires that clients can complete when they finish a session.

Group Sessions take place with one 'Facilitator' who is in charge of the room (usually the 'Advisor) and a group of clients all of whom can see one another.

  • Have multiple people all chatting at once but under the ultimate control of the Facilitator.
  • 'Catch the Ball' option where only one person in a group can speak at once via Webcam or Microphone. Control can then be 'thrown' to the next speaker.
  • Voice Chat or Video Chat: Talk to each other using any standard webcam and microphone.
  • Instant Messaging interface with Emoticons and individual colouring for each client.
  • Let you clients access your counselling room with a click of a button on your web page.
  • Dynamic client access button can show if your room is 'Open' or 'Closed'.
